This is from Zap2It...let the numbers speak for themselves:

NBC moved into the lead at 9 p.m. with "Law & Order," 7.2/11. CBS dropped to second with "The King of Queens," 5.0/8, and a fall preview special, 4.3/7. The series finale of "The Drew Carey Show" averaged 3.7/6 for ABC, tying for third with FOX's "Bernie Mac Show" (4.2/7) and "Method & Red" (3.2/5). The WB took fifth with another episode of "Smallville," and UPN's "The Player" trailed.
