Personally I dodn't agree with that (I'm not saying that your opinion is wrong, everybody's entitled to their own) but I think a father also plays an important role in a family besides just being the finacial provider but a role in relationship with the kids. I don't believe that the father needs to be around every minute of the day and sometimes the father's jobs or military serve will take them away from the family for a period of time..

I agree with you that the mother's has a very important role in the family and bringing up/nurturing the kids.

P.S.-I'm not trying to start or cause any agruments here. Just stating my opinion-hope that I'm not going to cause problems.
