Author: chris K - who doesn't think DPB has an original thought left in his head
Subject: I know my number doesn't count - it didn't add up when I DID watch JAG and it won't matter that I DON'T Watch NCIS- but 1. It's the principle of the thing. and 2. it REALLY ticks me off to watch that show getting major recognition for recycled JAG plots.... the two times I've stopped long enough flipping channels to see I've been screaming the name of JAG titles at the TV... the one I remember off the top of my head - was the remake of Webb of Lies- Gibbs FBI buddy fakes his death - HA!!! -
In reply to: muffin 's message, "After JAG I only hanged on for Harm and Mac but I learned my lesson never to watch a DB show ever again. I give props to Jag fans that are still enamored with NCIS and DB because Im not.Hate to be telling folks again and again I told you so." on 21:02:07 05/17/06 Wed

So, better that DB plagiarize his own work than someone else's. At least it works, since the ratings ARE so high. DB paid tribute to this notion when he had Bud reciting Star Trek episodes based on Shakespeare's work. "There is nothing new under the sun." so why not just bask in the warmth of an old favorite? -- Postrider. If the plot thickens, it's probably because the soup has been sitting around for awhile..., 11:53:12 05/18/06 Thu
