Valuable Tavern Stand and Personal Property for Sale
In The City of Frankfort
Wm. H. Kendall, having conveyed to me by deed of trust, all of his property, for the purpose of paying his debts, I offer at private sale, his tavern stand, known as the Broadway House, and its contents. This House situated on the corner of Broadway and Ann Streets.
