Subject: W. F. Hill sells property in 1852

For Sale - The subscriber desires to sell the property on the corner of Clay and Fourth streets. The house is most convenient and comfortable. It was formerly occupied by Mr. James L. O'Neill, and more recently by Josephus H. Wilson, Esq., about 8 acres of land.
