AGNES C. WALLACE, Complainant
vs
G. W. JOHNSTON, etc., Defendants
By virtue of a decree of the Shelby Circuit Court, rendered at the March Term, 1852, in that above case, I will, on Saturday, May 1, 1852, on the premises, sell to the highest bidder, for ready money, the tract of land (described in the deed of trust in said suit) which WILLIAM WELLS purchased of EVERETT HICKMAN, or so much thereof as will be sufficient to pay the complainant the sum of $1939 with interest and costs of suit, the interest to be calculated from the 25th of September, 1851, together with the costs of the suit at law. The sale to be made precisely 12 o'clock A.M., on that day, at the masion home, on the premises.
