On Thursday, May 13, 1852, on the premises, between the hours of 10 o'clock A.M., and 3 P.M., as Master Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said Court, rendered in the above case, at the March Term, 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a house and lot, situate in the town of Clayvillage, Shelby county, being the same heretofore, sold and conveyed by TYLER ELLIOTT to S. J. CONSTANTINE.
