Commissioner's Sale

SANDERS and BUSEY,
vs
RICHARD PEMBERTON
On Friday, May 14th, 1852, on the premises, between the hours of 10 o'clock and 4, as Master in Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said Court, rendered in the above case, at the March Term, 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a lot or parcel of land, containing 15 acres, situate on Collett's fork of Benson, on which is a saw mill.
Also - about 80 acres of lanad, situate on Main Benson, on the north side of the Trunpike, being a part of a 300 acres tract deeded by JOHN SHIELDS to R. PEMBERTON.
Also - A lot in Hardinsville, containing two acres, on the south side of the turnpike, on which is erected a Taven Stand, etc., occupied by WM. PEMBERTON.
