JOHN W. BRANCH
vs
ROBERT E. FINNELL
On Friday, Mary 11, 1852, on the premises, between the hours of 10 o'clock, AM and 4 PM, as Master Commissioner of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said court, rendered at the March Term, 1852, offer at public sale, by the highest bidder, the house and lot in Hardinsville, conveyed by R. PEMBERTON to ROBERT E. FINNELL and by him mortagaged to J. W. BRANCH and others.
Also - One other lot conveyed by PEMBERTON to said Defendant.
Also - All the personal property of the said Defendant, R. E. FINNELL
