Subject: David H. Harbison sells farm in 1852

SHELBY FARM FOR SALE

The undersigned offers his farm for sale. It is situate in Shelby county, Ky., about five miles south from Shelbyville, on the road leading thence to Mount Eden, and containing 310 acres. About 200 acres cleared and in a good state of cultivation; the balance is covered with timber. The farm is all under fence. There is abundance of water for every purpose, and convenient to all parts of the farm. The improvements are, a good home dwelling, negro houses, stables, spring house, and all other convenient outbuildings, two orchards, one of young tress of choice fruits.
