On Monday, June 14th, 1852, it being County Court Day, before the Court House door in the Town of Shelbyville, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m., and 3 p.m., as Master in Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said Court, rendered in the above case, at the March Term 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a lot of ground, situate on the north east corner of Washington and Third streets, in the town of Shelbyville, on which is erected a two story brick dwelling and other buildings-it being the lot conveyed by B. Morris to J. U. Warring and by him to defendant, or so much thereof as to make the sum of $1000, with interest thereon, from the 1st day of January, 1847, $60, with interest thereon from the 1st day of January 1848, $60, with interest thereon from the first day of January 1849, and the cost of suit, etc.
