Shelby Farm at Public Sale
On Tuesday, February 3, 1851, I will offer for sale, my valuable farm, containing 210 acres, situated 4 miles southwest of Shelbyville, and is well improved. Also, at the same time there will be sold, the stock, farming untensils, household and kitchen furniture. December 24, 1851. Samuel E. Davis

Note: I suspect there is a typo. The date of sale is probably February 3, 1852 - according to date of news article_bh.
