Dempsay - Arthur
Miss Julia E. Dempsay, daughter of W. A. Dempsay and Everett H. Arthur, son of Harry E. Arthur, both of Jefferson County, were married here Wednesday by the Rev. A. G. Stone, pastor of the Shelby Circuit of the M E. Church, South.
