Subject: Rev. Carl S. Matthews - 1920

The Rev. Carl S. Matthews, of Bristol, Va., has accepted the call of the Shelbyville Presbyterian church and will begin his pastorate on the third Sunday in January. Mr. Matthews was born in Winnsboro, S. C., September 18, 1873.
