1)理論上，近視和遠視是不會一齊出現的，通常是從遠視變成近視就好多，也有少部份人一隻眼輕微近視，另一隻眼輕微遠視。

2)老光和遠視的概念是不同，近視又老光就很常見，凡超過40歲的近視患者大多數有這些情況。
