Subject: 凸透鏡的度數

 本人21 years old, 應該有50-75度左右的近視, 請問我用凸透鏡能否改善現有的度數, 或能否有機會改善到看一些視力測試表的6/6 呢?
另外, 以閣下的建議我應該使用多少度數的凸透鏡來看書或看電腦呢?(我看書的距離是40cm, 而電腦大約是60cm)
