OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Arkansas-based pharmacy that helps patients pay less for prescription drugs will stay open, at least temporarily.

Oklahoma Ruling Clears Way For Imported Drugs

The state of Oklahoma recently went to court to force the closing of RX Depot, a pharmacy that helps people get their medications cheaper because the pharmacy imports drugs from Canada.

The Food and Drug Administration said the pharmacy is breaking the law because the drugs are unapproved, labeled incorrectly, and dispensed without a valid prescription.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court decided to allow the company to continue operating until justices could further review the case.
