Subject: Viagra spammers

Is there anything that can be done to get the generic viagra spammers to
stay out of my inbox?
I don't run my own mail server.
I seem to get continuous spam from chinanet hosted sites spammervertising
generic viagra.

Today's spam spamvertises the site. www.privatemeda.com.
Everyday it has a different name, but always hosted by chinanet and always
belongs to
