The nice fellows in Henan Province of China assigned the pointer
"hn.kd.dhcp" to everything in 63.52 - 63.53. That assertion is based on a
few hundred random samples in the /15 netblock.
I think that it might be their way of telling everyone that all the
addreses in there are dynamically assigned.
The BadCow is sending pharmacy spam out of many boxes in the netblock.
If you don't already block China, 61.52/15 is a safe bet to block.
