  Hi everyone! I am a mom of a novice/PW DD and a web designer. I've spent the past several months developing a new ID website called FeisFaces.com: an online feis journal for recording your family's feis results and experiences. I'd love it if you all would give it a try - membership is free!
  
  You can enter your feis memories, a review, marks for each dancer in your family, and even upload photos from the feis. You can choose to share your feis journals with other FeisFaces.com members, your teacher, or faraway relatives.
  
  In the coming year, I will be enhancing the website to give members the ability to order a feis memory book which would include all of their marks, feis journals, and photos for any feis results that they've entered. Another option I plan to offer would be "Print-your-own" Feis Faces Journal pages as a low cost option if you'd like to print your feis journal to put in your own scrapbook or photo album. Or you could just keep it all online with your FREE membership!
  
  I hope ID families find FeisFaces.com to be helpful if you're buried in stacks of marks, photos, etc. like we are! After registering and trying it out, I'd appreciate hearing your feedback or ideas for future enhancements. Thank you!

  We have extended the registration date (without late fee) for our 2010 Feis in the Desert to midnight, Friday, Jan. 8th. The “Heat is On!” themed weekend starts with our “Irish Idol” Competition, to be held on Friday night, Jan. 15 at the Opening Night Reception in Cibola's at the San Marcos Golf Resort in Chandler, Arizona. This promises to be a fun event, so if musical talent runs in the blood . . . sign up! If you decide to enter your Grandmother's Soda Bread, or want to make Duct Tape Flip Flops (fun for the siblings!), simply bring your breads & flip flops to the Registration Desk and complete an entry form with your payment there - $5 per entry. Specifics and entry forms for the competitions can be found on our website, www.feisinthedesert.org. Concerning posts below about awards: for solos, we have always posted results within ½ hour after retrieving the marks from the judges; for the Championships, we hold awards mid-day and at the end of the day.   This is a striking red, black and white (Colors of NFL Atlanta Falcons) Double Bubble style dress custom made by Irish Dance Dressmaker - Erie Designs Gavin Doherty. The bodice is done in black velvet adorned with Gavin’s custom designs around the neck and sleeves. The sleeves are done in red sequin. The dress is adorned throughout with over 500 Swarovski Crystals (assorted sizes throughout dress). The inside/under skirt is done in red polka-dots. The dress skirt (A Double Bubble Design) is done in white & red satin and is adorned with a Gavin custom design. This dress has excellent stage presence. Daughter Dancer has received wonderful compliments on the beauty of the dress. This is a one of a kind. We are the original owners.
  The dress is stored in a smoke-free home. The dress includes a custom headband made by Gavin (Adorned with Swarovski Crystals), cape and bloomers that match the underside of dress. The dress comes with a pair of custom made championship length Antonio Pacelli socks size medium. The socks are adorned with Swarovski Crystals (Alternating Crystal AB and Siam Crystals) top to bottom.
  This dress is in good condition. This dress has been well care for and loved for the times it has been worn. Our dancer is 5'2" in height and weighs 115-125 lbs. Size 14. Below measurement of dress were done by Gavin himself.
  This dress is great for a dancer competing in Prizewinner, Preliminary or Championship Level. Asking Price is $1900.00 USC. Sale of dress and accessories are final. If interested please email for pictures. Be guided by website on how to email to get pictures sent. Only serious.

• We are looking forward to the DeDanaan feis and really hoping that everyone in our area will support it. After hearing comments about the big gap between feisanna in our region, this school stepped up to make it happen.
