I haven't danced in two years due to getting married and shift work. I will be starting again in September and only have a few short months to get back into dancing shape! I am looking for ideas and good exercises and stretches to help. My turn out is lacking (to say the least) and my stamina is poor. Please send me any ideas or practice routines you think might be helpful.
