If i am grilling i will throw on and extra couple burgers or a steak to use for lunch the next day.

For breakfasts I will occasionally hard boil 2 dozen eggs and keep them in the fridge, at the same time i fry a pound of bacon and put it in the fridge. When i get up i grab a couple slices of cooked bacon and nuke them while peeling a few HB eggs and some cheese. I can eat them in the truck on my way to work.

I use Atkins bars and EAS shakes for breakfast most of the time.

  • No "Suzie homemaker" here too! I cook a whole bunch of bacon, sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms and keep in the fridge. Then, just warm while I cook an egg, sometimes don't need an egg. Preparing ahead helps with this WOE. Your unique lifestyle sounds fasinating to us City folks! Glad to see you on the Board! (NT) -- Sarah, 06:51:30 05/17/02 Fri
