Subject: heart palpatations

yesterday was my first day on this site,and i can see i'll stop in everyday!todays is my fifth day on the lowcarb diet i lost another lb. for a total of 9 already. But this morning when i got up my heart was beating so fast it felt like it was going to come right out of my chest, i thought maybe after i ate it would get better, but...it's still going on.It's making me a little nervouse. Has any of you experienced this and how long does it last?Not long i hope.Thanks for the ear,.
