Subject: Low Carb Problem

I have a question. I am now currently at my normal weight I want to maintain, however I have been off my diet for 3 weeks and with a vengence, all sorts of deserts and stuff, my question to you is the following, what is the normal level of carbs that I should be intaking each day? Secondly, is there a place I can find a meal plan for this? I am 16 and really trying to maintain this weight I worked hard to get here I do not want to lose everything I worked for! Thank you so much!
