Subject: im getting out of controll

i have a horrible eating habbit im very tempted by candies and over all i cannot get rid of the addiction to Soda it seems as if i cant swallow my meals without it and im 6' tall 26 yrs old but i way aproximately 325 lbs
i need some desperate help i tryed loosing some weight by joining the gym and it was working great but then i started dooing the SLIM FAST DIET and it provoked me to get a Stroke now im partially Disabled from my right hand side and i dont work do exersise do to my disabillity Im startingm to worry for the weight seems to keep coming on to me Im getting a little depressed and im bringing my whole familly down with me please help
