Try to give up the junk food and unhealthy snacks... dont have so much of breads and high carbed foods. Also splitting a bagel for breakfeast and have some fruit iwth it is better then a whole bagel with no fruit. Eat slowly and dont over full yourself. When you have sandwhiches lay off on all the mayonaise and cheese and have whole wheat bread and whole grain foods. only have 3 meals a day and fruits and vegitables or low fat snacks during the day with alot of water.
For excersise, after school go for a 10-15 jog/walk and thenincrease it to 30 minutes. If its boring bring a firend with you. Also do as much walking as you can, it will mak a difference at the end.
