hi mat, i've recently went on aikens a while back (june)-so i'll say around 7 months and i've lost around 60 pounds and i can see where your coming from it's hard i cheat then i get upset-- then for the next couple of days it yogurt, chicken and more chicken (not fried of course) but good luck on losing more weight. Hopefully i can keep it off which you may know is the hardest part anywayz good luck!
(I've went from a size 20/22 to a 13/14)
