Honestly i feel that if you want to keep the weight off realize one thing you must set up a diet that you can stay on consistently. I find whether than watching carbs I watch how many calories I take in. You can print out a 23 sheet of of hundreds of foods and their calories. Then you can go to another calorie sight and type in your weight and your height and it will tell you how many calories you need to take in to maintain your weight. Just type in weight and calorie chart and there are a lot of sites to choose from. The key you have to have atleast a 4 day a week excercise routine also.
