  • Sherry, you are doing great and you are SOOOO far ahead of me. I don't have much to lose, but darn I'm a lazy thing! The whole exercise aspect passes me by. Or should I say, I pass IT by? Your workouts may not seem like they are benefitting you right now, but they definitely are and you have developed the discipline to workout on a consistent basis. My hat is off to you.   • Thanks you guys. I went shopping and got my mind off it. I was going to get a haircut, but the lady there said they were booked til closing. Anyway I feel better I will restart tomorrow morning and every morning through the 12 weeks. If 12 weeks passes and I make no progress...well it would have passed anyway.
