I'm currently doing the Body for Life challenge. Workout upper body and lower body on alternating days (with a day between for aerobics). It is pretty intense, I doubt if that is what I need to change at this point. What I need to tighten up on is my diet. I've been trying to follow both his idea of diet and Atkins and I haven't done either well.

I'm going to go back on induction for three days and after that if it doesn't work better I'll up my carbs some. I just have to get back in control.

I really LIKE my new excercise routine it is done in a pyramid fashion. You do a light weight 12 reps, then increase weight do 10 reps, increase again do 8 reps increase again and do 6 reps. After that you decrease the weight and do 12 reps. The goal is to be going for a '10' in intensity by the last set. After the 12, you change excercises work the same body part and do another 12 reps. one minute between each set except the last two. on those you don't wait but go straight from one to the other.
