thanks sherry,it really makes sense what you're saying about burning the glycogen first instead of the fat,i'm definetly doing the treadmill to burn fat!But im also doing the strength training 3 days a week just to tone up so that when(notice i say when(lol))i get to my goal weight i wont be too flabby.What i'm thinking of doing is maybe...do my strength training as usual m,w,fri. mornings (and the 30 minutes on the treadmill on those nights)and then do the treadmill in the mornings on the opposite days,tue.,thur.,sat. and sun.(before breakfast) that way i'll be doing some sort of exercise every single morning and the treadmill only 3 nights ,and see how it goes.Meanwhile i'm going to go look at that site you suggested and see what it has to say.i just want to be able to get the very most out of this hard work i'm putting in.Thanks so much for your advice and your insight,it's very helpful.
