Subject: Okay maybe I just have a short attention span, but even when I was working out with a personal trainer 3X a week & seeing new muscle, I was still bored & I dreaded going. Just me being difficult lol. (more)

Sherry, when I had my personal trainer, he said the best abs exercise you can do is on that exercise ball. Lay on it with your trunk parallel to the floor, with your legs and feet hanging down. Do crunches, 3 sets of 25; every other day. Puts you in perfect alignment for maximum benefit from that exercise, and also takes the stress off of your back. If I had one of those balls, I'd still be doing those because they were quick & easy, and I did see results back then.
