Reg, What wonderful news, I am delighted for Rick.I just love reading your postings about your brother, so please keep us informed. I live in Scotland and have managed to get a motion tabled in Parliament for trials on LDN and hopefully to make it available here. It will be a long haul but at least things are moving.
