With you on Avonex and LDN together I cannot tell you how you might feel at certain times of the day. You may have an over-powering of the Avonex over the LDN at certain hours of the day. I'm glad you are seeing some improvements with 3mg of LDN along with the Avonex. 4.5mg may possibly do even better...I sure hope so. Normal healthy people get sleepy around the 2pm to 4pm hours so if this is when your sleepiness strikes, don't be concerned.
