I've been on Copaxone for over a year. It has no side effects for me. I think I actually may have gotten worse on it but my MRIs show fewer lesions.

I started LDN about a month ago and take it with the Copaxone. I don't notice any problems since I started the LDN but I do notice an improvement in my symptoms, in particular with fatigue.

I would go for the LDN. I don't think you have anything to lose. For me, it's been the most effective of any of the medications I've taken. Laura
