INSTANCES OF FRAUD IN BUILDING PROJECT CONSTRUCTIONS.

Read this instances:

i)A man came from Europe to build a house of 5 bedrooms flat,He was unfortunate he met a dubiuos contractor,who convinced him that they will be needing a lot of bags of cement more than required (knowing fully well the man will soon travel back).This contractor decided to expend 80 bags of cement on the foundation in the presence of the owner ,for what 10 bags could have been adequate (check the lost)Only if this man knew the approximate amount of bags of cement required himself,this would have been avoided.

ii)Another man on pretense was working free for a couple,but unknown to the client he connived with the suppliers on site,so the client pays double the amount of money for whatever is brought on site.This would have been avoided if this man has the power of ratio behind him.

iii)A close friend also fell into a trap of paying #680,000,for an aluminium roof that he could have paid just #550,000 for.So you see you may not be too smart unless you understand HOW TO ARRIVE AT THE COST OF WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SPEND.

iv)Another man so vigilant that he stays with his bricklayers untill they leave the site ,thereby sacrificing his own personal business to monitor these people. But the bricklayers out of anger or contempt for this man.{knowing fully well the man does not know the mixture ratio,they decided to punish him,they used 3 bags of cement where 1 could have been adequate.
