My hair stylist is a miracle worker. My hair is thin and she cuts the sides just at chin length and the back is layered. Lots of layers in the back. Also whispy bangs. I have had this haircut for about 3 years now and ALWAYS get compliments. It's basically a bob with the back layered and short. Very stylish and never goes out of style. good luck!
