All of the contestants did a great job and looked very beautiful. Thank you Eddie and Marie for directing a great pageant. There were a lot of visiting queens and we were so happy to see them making an appearance. We would also like to thank our PONC State queens that came, entertained, and helped with the crowning. Date Posted: 04/23/08 10:55:50am Just wanted to let everyone know I have posted the photos that I took plus a few extra from our trip to the Victory Junction Gang Camp in Randleman, NC! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed spending the day with our girls and their families! VJG is a fantastic organization to be affiliated with and we are proud to be apart of this amazing chairty. It takes alot of funding to keep this camp running all year! Please vist their website and see what they are able to accomplish for these special kids and their families! Susan and I would like to extend a very special "Thank You" to Sharon Deese (Kari's mom) for making this a special time for everyone and for arranging the trip and for the FREE pizza after our tours for our girls. The food was great!! A BIG Thanks to Sir Pizza in Randleman NC for the great eats! We are really looking forward to receiving the autographed souvenirs from the Petty's that we will be auctioning or raffling off to raise additional funds for the camp. We really appreciate everything you did Sharon! Thanks again! Steve and I truly hated that we missed going to the Princess of Sampson County Pageant. A sweet little blue bird called us and gave us a run down on how wonderful the pageant ran. We just wanted to tell Cecila how proud we are of her and how much we appreciate all of the hard work she put into preparing for this great pageant. Anyway, we heard it was great, so hats off too you! Thank you Doll Miss Hayden, Baby Miss Alyssa, and Little Miss Madison for being there to help out. We wish Meghan D. the Overall Mini Supremem a speedy get-well wish! "She's a little under the weather". Congratulations to all of the new queens!
