Date Posted: 03/30/08 7:02:11pm Usually after a girl goes back and gives up her title and crowns her successor, she can go back to the same pageant if this is what she would like to do. Our state rules say that following the state pageant, you may compete in a preliminary, but once you win a title, that is the title you must represent when you come to state. You can only win one preliminary during our State Year (August following state pageant until the next state pageant the following August). Why?
