Liraz kicks her brother, who has nodded off again, and sets about fitting the harness to Gaiath perfectly.
It's slipping.

I can't wait to get into the air! Hurry up!
"Well, let's just hope you don't hit an updraft any time soon."
Heeeeyy! There's an idea!
"Don't you dare!"
Sleipnirth, seeing that even Liraz's kicking him has failed to rouse her rider, yells at him in a voice that cuts through his odd dream. Hey! Get up, sleepyhead! Get on my back and we'll walk around a bit, see if ...
"Huh? WHa? Aw, man..."
And N'van is up, climbing onto the extremely large green's back, fixing the harness, and letting the dragon walk to her heart's er... sort of content. But she too longed for the air, and so, in his very marrows, did N'van.
"I feel like a real rider now!"
"You'd have more of a chance if you could ever keep your eyes open, brother!" Liraz smirks.
