 somethings wrong here, we are forced to recycle under threat of a fine , because the council get fined for overfilling land fill, then the council sell the stuff we pay them to take away and make a profit ,which we dont see coming back to us in lower council tax,? .but dont worry windy, get yourself a watermill instead and get down the weir.
