Subject: Parish Council Meeting

 Has anyone ever attented a Parish Council meeting? Either as member of the Mountsorrel Public, or as a Business Person conducting business in Mountsorrel? Do you even know what goes on at these meetings? What is actually being discussed? Are we as residents, our concerns and interests important to the Parish council? Do they view them as a priority? I would love to know of your experiences as I attented the one on Monday (20th April 2009) and was disgusted by the behaviour of a couple of the councillors!

I have written a letter raising some questions in the hope that I get some answers. I'll keep you posted. Anyone who wants further information, please drop me a line.
