 Aha I found it, your right it is mentioned. It will be very interesting to see what happens, I know the planning permission application has been delayed till probably september - apparently cos it's a 'complicated' process.
I sincerely hope this does not go ahead as I think the traffic would be appalling and who wants this on their doorstep? They should be building it away from residential areas.
