 The Parish Council also has to consider the village cricket team & the village football teams who have had complaints from visiting teams lodged with the respective leagues about dogs fouling the playing area.

There have also been compalints (to me, as a councillor) about the state of Halstead Park and some parents not allowing their children to play on it due to dog fouling.

Then there is the issue of kids walking through the stuff and dragging into the school of their homes.

None of these can be allowed to continue as dog waste is a health hazard.

Why should the children of the village be penalised because dog owners cannot do the responsible thing ?
