 Neil... I totally agree that kid's should not be penalised because some people... and they are in the minority.... don't pick up the poo.
I needs to be policed properly. Banning dogs from the parks will only put the problem onto the streets. Surely it would be easier to police confined park areas, rather than the whole village.
