 dont get me wrong i think the librays ok, but if we dont hold these contractors to there plans and dates but mainly the price,, they must bear the costof overuns not the tax payer,and while iam at it ,?if house prices are droping at a quick rate , are we going to see the council tax going down by the same amount, seeing as thats whats its based on.?.
