Residents of Balmoral Road and other parts of the area off Walton Way are rightly concerned about the purchase of small plots of land at the back of their houses. This shows the irresponsible attitude of Jelsons the original developers of this area. Normally when separation belts of land and small green areas around footpaths, which are left after the development is built, revert to the Borough Council. Jelsons has sold them on for profit, ignoring the wishes of the people living in the houses they built. Their website claims "Handing over the keys is just a small part of our care package that begins before, and lasts well beyond, the moving-in date.".
They are also planning to build 300 more houses off Halstead Road.
Lets bombard their email address (salesteam@jelson.co.uk) with complaints about how they care for their residents.
