They take calls when they get them. They're not exactly flooded. The two things they promote most are a pro wrestling show and a weekly Fedko-Steigerwald showdown. That should give you an idea of what they're doing.

I've listened to the wrestling show a few times and its as many calls as they can fit in the 2 hours. Most of the calls are from outside Pittsburgh. The guy Justin who hosts it is a pretty big name in the wrestling coverage world.
