Did a wack job part-time radio host really send the administrators of this board more than one obscenity-filled e-mail that included a threat of physical violence?

That's the story making the rounds.

If that is true...then action should be taken and right away. It should be made public also.

I can only guess who that 'whack job' could be? I'm thinking there are two leading candiates and they both work at the same station...

Only one. Who flies off the handle for no reason at least 10 times a day? Who sets up a fake Twitter account to hassle people he doesn't like? Who has burned bridges at both papers and on every beat he ever covered? Uh huh uh huh. THAT one.

Again, IF this is true, then it needs to be made public. The people who run this site need to make sure the GM at CBS knows. This can't be done in a 'quiet' manner. It doesn't help to stop the behavior IF its true.

It's absolutely true. I saw the e-mail. Totally irrational. Lots of bad language and a definite threat of physical harm.

Well then it needs to be made public and it needs to be made clear to the employer that if something isn't done, then some sort of legal action against the accused and the employer will be taken.

Somebody needs to post this (IE, those who run the board) just to prove how some don't deserve to work in an industry that many qualified people still can't get work in.

And just for selfish reasons, I'd like to see the e-mail.

I can easily see harrasment by communication charges being filed here.
