Subject: Sloppy PG work

Story broke Friday that a religious with the title of "Brother" was charged with stealing a considerable amount of money from the Catholic church in Ambridge.

The P-G incorrectly called him a "priest" in both headline and story Saturday.

This man is no more a priest than a paralegal is an attorney. Terrible fundamental mistake.

Oh, look: They corrected the online version and admitted the mistake.

Now if someone would only explain how the good brother spent 5 years in a casino without someone recognizing him, racking up $330,000 in losses on $2.7 million passing through his loyalty card. That's not someone who pops in for an hour every now and then and drops 40 bucks on the slots.
